In these uncertain times, we want to reassure you of our commitment to the health & safety of our customers, staff, & partners.
We are ensuring the highest standard of hygiene at our warehouse & Head Office locations & continue to encourage staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell. Our Customer Care team have been working remotely 7 days a week responding to all of your enquiries.
Our delivery partner, Australia Post, has taken measures to ensure your deliveries remain without delay, & safe. Delivery vehicles are disinfected daily & in order to minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19, no parcels will require a signature upon delivery or collection.
We continue to monitor government & World Health Organisation advice ensuring all precautions are taken to slow the spread of COVID-19.

When will I receive my order?
We have been advised by our delivery partners Australia Post that our normal delivery windows are being extended by up to 3-5 business days. Please visit our Shipping page for further information.
I cannot complete a return due to social distancing or quarantine regulations.
We understand that you may not be able to visit your local Australia Post to complete your return. During this time, our Return Policy is flexible as we extend our return window on full price items to 30 days from order date.
