JENNY BIRD launched in 2009 with a curated collection of luxury leather handbags. To set her eponymous label apart in a growingly saturated sea of leather goods, Jenny Bird began honing her focus by choosing to cast vintage earrings to use for hardware on her clutch bags, and vintage chains and décor for handles of a bag. With this self-education in casting and metal-design, Bird realised that her passion, and the future of her label, was “right under her nose”–jewellery.
