Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its progress.

The Forme ships from Sydney, Australia. International customers are responsible for paying customs and duties within their own countries. Orders to the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis; relevant import taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and processed by The Forme once your order ships. The Forme is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Within Australia, we deliver to PO Boxes but not to hotels. Outside Australia, we are unable to deliver to either PO Boxes or hotels.

Our warehouse begins processing orders immediately after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee changes can be made before dispatch. Please choose your items and confirm your delivery details carefully at checkout. For urgent changes, contact our Customer Care team at customercare@theforme.com straight away and we will do our best to assist. Once your order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.

Yes. Select your colour and size on the product page; when a style is out of stock, a notification option will appear. Sign up and we will email you if the piece returns.

Afterpay is a shop now, pay later platform that lets you pay for your pieces in four instalments over six weeks, interest free. Afterpay is available on all orders.

Yes. New subscribers to our newsletter receive $20 AUD off their first order over $200 AUD. Apply your code at checkout; it is valid for 14 days from sign-up. The offer excludes VERGE Acrobats, which are never discounted.

Codes cannot be applied retroactively. If you sign up during checkout and receive your code after placing an order, the discount cannot be applied to that order.

Gift cards are linked to the email address on your customer profile; please use this email at checkout. When you proceed to checkout, you will have the option to add a discount or promotional code to your order. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order; a gift card can be used alongside a promotional code, as gift cards are a form of payment rather than a discount.

If you have received an incorrect item, email customercare@theforme.com with your order number and the style you received, and we will ensure you receive your original order.

If you believe an item is faulty, email customercare@theforme.com with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

As soon as your return arrives back at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our team to process your return and for your account to be credited.
