The Forme ships globally from Sydney, Australia.

If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact our customer care team at customercare@theforme.com to arrange a shipping quotation.

DISPATCH & PROCESSING

In-stock orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day; orders placed after 12pm AEST are dispatched the next business day. Pre-order items are dispatched separately as they arrive.

The Forme ships from Sydney, Australia and is closed on all New South Wales public holidays. During peak periods, promotional events and sales, dispatch may take longer than usual.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.

All timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by customs processing, peak periods, weather events or other operational factors. The Forme cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Australia domestic

Delivery is between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

A signature will be requested upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available at your address. If an authorised person cannot sign, the driver will leave a card and your delivery will be taken to the nearest collection centre.

For the Northern Territory and rural or remote areas, please allow 2 or more additional business days for delivery.

Standard: $10 AUD

• Complimentary on orders over $200 AUD.
• Delivered within 2 to 6 business days of your order being accepted.

Express: $20 AUD

• Complimentary on orders over $500 AUD.
• Delivered within 1 to 2 business days of your order being accepted.

New Zealand international

Delivery is between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Import duties and taxes are not included and may apply to orders over $1000 NZD, payable upon delivery.

Standard: $20 AUD

• Complimentary on orders over $200 AUD.
• Delivered within 6 to 12 or more business days of your order being accepted.

Express: $30 AUD

• Complimentary on orders over $500 AUD.
• Delivered within 2 to 7 business days of your order being accepted.

International

Delivery is between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Standard: $30 AUD

• Complimentary on orders over $1000 AUD.
• Delivered within 6 to 12 or more business days of your order being accepted.

Express: $50 AUD

• Delivered within 3 to 8 business days of your order being accepted.

Click & Collect

Complimentary Click & Collect is available for online purchases from The Forme Darlinghurst Showroom. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours; please wait until you receive your collection confirmation email before visiting. Present a copy of your order confirmation when collecting your items.

Click & Collect orders are held for 28 days from the date of your collection confirmation email. Email and phone reminders will be sent during this time.

DUTIES AND TAXES

• International customers are responsible for customs and duties within their own countries.
• Orders to the United States are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Relevant import taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and processed by The Forme once your order ships.
• Orders to the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and China are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. All other international destinations are arranged by quotation through Customer Care.
• The Forme is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
• Orders returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes or customs charges will be refunded, less applicable shipping, return shipping and penalty charges.

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

Australia Post

Australia Post. Our shipping partner, Australia Post, delivers domestic orders within Australia.

For international orders, Australia Post liaises with your local postal service, such as USPS, NZ Post or Royal Mail. Your Australia Post tracking number can be used with your local postal service once your parcel enters the country of delivery.

Holiday hold

Still away or out of town? We can hold your delivery for up to 28 days on request.

DELAYS

Dispatch and delivery may slow during peak periods, promotional events and sales. Our Customer Care team will contact you should your order be affected by a significant delay.

AMENDMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS

• For urgent changes, contact our Customer Care team at customercare@theforme.com straight away and we will do our best to assist.
• Delivery addresses cannot be updated once an order has been dispatched. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.
• Orders cannot be combined, and additional pieces cannot be added to an existing order once it has been confirmed.
• Within Australia, we deliver to PO Boxes but not to hotels; outside Australia, we are unable to deliver to either PO Boxes or hotels.
