Returns

Returns Policy

  • You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
  • All return shipping for ‘change of mind’ is at the expense of the purchaser – your purchase will be credited less the cost of return shipping and handling.
  • All returns deemed faulty will be refunded including the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not accept returns on SALE or discounted items.
  • We cannot accept returns on undergarments, hosiery, jewellery or discounted items unless the goods have been deemed faulty.
  • Gift Vouchers may not be returned and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns on all international orders unless faulty.

Change of Mind Return

  • We accept ‘change of mind returns’ for full priced items in accordance with the following terms:
  • Item(s) must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed
  • Returns must incorporate all original packaging, including tags, shoe boxes and dust bags. These must be returned in original condition as they are considered part of the item.
  • Upon return approval, please post your return to The Forme within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In the event that a ‘change of mind’ return does not meet any of the above terms, The Forme reserves the right to reject the ‘change of mind’ return.
  • All orders purchased using AfterPay incur a $15 AUD return fee.

To ensure you are eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

  • Take care when opening your package
  • Be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments
  • Try all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks, we will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.

Returns Steps

1) E-mail customercare@theforme.com to receive a return label and return form

2) Complete return form

2) Enclose item and return form in the satchel that your order was delivered in. Tape securely and place return sticker over the original delivery address sticker.

3) Take to your nearest Australia Post office

Customer care will contact you to confirm the outcome of your return.

Faulty Items

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault has occurred.

Please note that items, which have been damaged as a result of wear, are not considered to be faulty.

In accordance with Consumer Affairs, if the goods are deemed faulty, we will offer to repair faulty items where possible or provide a full refund. 

Full-Price Item Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different style we recommend you re-purchase the new item and return the original item for a refund.

Any exchange gift cards are valid for 3 months from issue date.

Refunds

Returns require up to 5 business days to be processed once received. Once a return has been successfully processed the original payment method will be used to refund the full value of the item(s) returned excluding any shipping costs associated with the order (for ‘change of mind’ returns).

Once your refund has been processed, depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

In the scenario that your return is not approved for refund, you will be contacted by Customer Care.
