SPELL was founded in 2009 by sisters Isabella and Elizabeth, who began hand-making treasures just as their father had, and laid down roots at Byron Bay's artisan markets. The label's signature prints are still hand-drawn by its Byron Bay team, with every motif and colour combination worked over until it is unmistakably Spell, and pieces are rarely recut, a discipline that has turned them into collector's items passed between friends, family and a devoted global community. A certified B Corp, the label pairs its romance with genuine responsibility in materials and production.

The Forme is an Australian online destination for SPELL. Our curated collection spans the label's full register: printed maxi and midi dresses made for making memories in, romantic blouses and shirting in Tops & Blouses, printed skirts and the knitwear and layering pieces that carry the aesthetic into cooler months.
