A hand-beaded bird perches at one shoulder, the artisanal flourish that gives FARM Rio's printed maxi dress its name and lifts it well beyond the everyday. Below, the print does the travelling: cool green-and-cream striped leaves run vertically down the ruched bodice before opening into a riot of tropical birds, feathers and blooms toward the hem. That ruching, gathered from the V-neckline to the hip, skims the body where it counts before the skirt falls away into a fluid maxi length. Wear yours with heeled sandals and a single statement earring for a wedding or summer party or with flat mules and a denim jacket to bring it back down to earth.
