Silk Laundry’s spring/summer collection is inspired by the study of geometry found in nature, mathematics, Fibonacci, and the golden ratio. The epitome of designer Katie Kolodinski’s genius, the gridded crochet pattern of this Cotton Grid Grandpa Shirt is reminiscent of the graph paper on which new ideas have been formulated, problems have been solved, and the mathematical rules that govern both the human and animal world have been recorded.

Knitted from cotton and outlined by silk-cotton at the collar, hem, and placket, it has an open collar and a loose-fit that’s enhanced by dropped shoulders and a longer-line hem that finishes below the hip.
