In 2015, ex-corporate world best friends, Amrit Balani and Samuel Macias were driven by a single-minded appreciation of creativity’s capacity to heal, inspire, and connect, to launch women’s fashion label Maison Hotel. After a coincidental trip to India, Balani and Macias garnered an appreciation and admiration for Indian craftsman’s artisanal approach to design and technique.
